Sunday = Fun day at the beach. We had been postponing the ride to Alibaug/Kashid for a very long time. So this weekend we decided to finally execute that plan. We nailed down on Nagaon beach in-between Alibaug and Kashid.
Due to the winters, we started a bit late, and by the time we hit the highway the sun was already warming up our souls. The roads were patchy, but scant complain as we have ridden roads that were in worse condition than what we encountered. And finally, we arrived at the beach and boy was I excited.
Riding a motorcycle on a beach was a long-time dream of mine. And it finally came true. It was super fun and we (at least I) took loads of pictures.
After riding on the sand to my heart's content, we finally made our way back home. The ride was around 309 km in total, but due to the road conditions and the halts we took, it took us close to 8 hours to complete the ride. I hope you enjoy the snapshot of the ride.
